End-to-End Traceability: TTB guidelines mandate rigorous record-keeping from the farm gate to final packaging. We track batches using digital inventory systems, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Processing & Capacity Building: Partnering with tobacco cooperatives and AMCOS, we invest in local processing facilities—adding value at the source. This approach generates employment, fosters community development, and enhances product quality for export markets.
Sustainable Supply Chains: Collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and TTB allows us to forecast seasonal trends and align planting schedules with buyer demand. As a result, producers and purchasers benefit from stable supply and consistent pricing.
